Question : How do I request a refund?
Answer :

Please check to see who you purchased the membership from. If payment was made from an affiliate you will need to contact them so they can issue the refund.

If the purchase was made directly with us, then please send our Help Desk a copy of your receipt including your transaction number. You will also need to provide the name of the membership you are cancelling and the Username or email you signed up under.
